I am the youngest member of the team, but over the years I have learned a lot, we are a solid team that has been a great help in my growth.
I have a great passion for motors and in the next few years I would like to take at least two trips a year to discover the world.

For how many years have you been working in Guerrini?
I have been working at Guerrini for almost 6 years.

I am the youngest member of the team. After graduating from high school, I went to an employment agency that offered me this opportunity that with hard work and dedication became my job.

What exactly is your job?
At first I did a little bit of everything, today I am in charge of the machine setting.

I was assisted by Matteo Guerrini for a year, he taught me everything I know. As soon as I arrived at the company, I felt insecure, any mistake can cost a lot and to be honest, I felt that I was not able to do my job. It was the support of the whole team that made me overcome those insecurities.

When my friends tell me about their experiences at the company, I feel happy. I’ve learned a lot over the years, thanks to my colleagues who have worked to train me.

What do you do when you are not working? What are your hobbies?
I like cars and motorcycles and spend a lot of time on the maintenance and care of my car. Together with friends we had a small garage where we used to repair mopeds and go-karts. Today I abandoned this activity but I still keep myself updated online to discover what’s new in this field. When they introduce a new car model, I like to find out its strengths and weaknesses.

I take good care of my car and I do a lot of maintenance and wash it very often.

What are your plans for the future?
I would like to visit Japan. Next year I would like to schedule a tour of the country in order to discover its culture and traditions.

I have always been fascinated by Japan. I have decided to visit at least 2 countries a year, last year I visited Greece and Morocco. Now I’m planning the 2024 destinations.
