2. Sales planning and order confirmation

The sales department prepares a tailored proposal, outlining lead times and supply conditions.

3. Production and precision machining

The component takes shape in our production departments, with CNC turning carried out on carefully selected raw materials.
The process includes:

• Precision turning
• Additional machining (lapping, gear cutting, polishing, etc.) if required
• Surface treatments, when requested

Each stage is tracked and monitored through the management system.

4. Three-stage quality control

Every component is verified using advanced measuring equipment:

• Initial approval: checking the first parts before mass production
• In-process control: sample checks for continuous monitoring
• Final certification: conclusive verification to ensure full compliance with the drawing

5. Warehouse, packaging, and shipping

Once the checks are completed, the component is packaged with technical materials and prepared for shipment, with full documentation and guaranteed traceability.
